Not really. The above can't run any of the PPC software out there, and
assuming everything goes to plan they won't be able to run AmigaOS 4.x
either. As for the DEPlayer, let's forget about that for now, eh?
Also, a number of people are passionately against any idea of x86 hardware.
They will buy PPC systems even if there's almost nothing to run on them, so
there will be some people buying the PPC hardware nevertheless.
OTOH, there's also little doubt that people who were only going to buy
AmigaOne in order to run their existing 68k library faster may now think
twice. I admit I'm one of those people myself, and I suddenly find a PPC
system very unattractive indeed.
(If there was an equally powerful and cheap PPC system that allowed me to
run MacOS X, Linux and AmigaOS 4.x, then I might change my mind, but no such
system is on he horizon.)
